I am a Registered Nutritionist with the AFN. Which means that I had to demonstrate & provide evidence to show that I have the scientific understanding of evidence-based nutrition. I have been practicing as a nutritionist for 3 years. The approach I take is a whole-body evidence-based intuitive eating. Which means I take a non-diet-culture approach to nutrition unless there is a medical condition that require a specific intervention.
