About me

Claudia is a dedicated Dietitian with a passion for food and teaching and motivating people to lead a healthy life, always taking into account their individual needs and circumstances. She has many years of experience in helping people with the challenges confronted when changing lifestyle and eating behaviour and adapting to new dietary requirements. Claudia is registered with the HCPC, BDA, the Freelance Dietitians Group and Coeliac UK. Since relocating to London in 2011, she has established herself as a freelance Dietitian in private practice with locations in London's Harley Street, Wood Green/Bounds Green and Crouch End. However, since the Covid 19 pandemic she works mainly online. Face-to-Face appointments are available in the Eastbourne/East Sussex area.

Originally from Germany and a trained Chef, Claudia graduated as a Dietitian from Marienhospital Stuttgart and the University of Tuebingen in Germany. Claudia worked for nearly 10 years as a Dietitian and Head of Department Nutrition and Dietetics at Klinik Schloss Mammern in Switzerland, a private hospital and one of the Swiss Leading Hospitals. She constantly keeps up to date with the developments in Nutrition and Dietetics to offer her clients the latest evidence-based knowledge. Claudia has been contributing to TV shows and magazines and was honored with an award as a distinguished Dietitian in conjunction with the World Health Day 2013.
