Anna Cromack Psychotherapy

I am an accredited Body Psychotherapist (UKCP), Systemic (Family Therapy) Practitioner (AFT member) and Biodynamic Massage Therapist (ABMT). I have been working with people in a therapeutic capacity for over 10 years, and have a lot of experience helping individuals and family groups overcome a wide range of difficulties.

Experience has taught me that there is no “one size fits all” in therapy and so I draw on different disciplines to offer tailored sessions that best suit your personality, needs and goals. My aim is to provide a holistic package that feels right and allows you to feel involved every step of the way.

I offer a safe and non-judgmental environment, where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and actions. A body-oriented approach could also help you to tune into your body’s responses to difficulties past and present, as well as unconscious patterns that need resolution. This can be especially helpful if you suffer from a chronic illness or other persistent physical symptoms.

I also offer parenting support to individuals or family groups, as well as couples therapy. Perhaps you have come out of a relationship and are having trouble co-parenting. If your child’s behaviour is concerning or the relationship between you has broken down, then talking it through with me could help you find the confidence and solutions you need to move forward in a positive way.
