Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a manual treatment that aims to return the body to it's normal working balance: a complete system of diagnosis, treatment and prevention. The main tenet of osteopathy is that the body, once free from restrictions and areas of tension can repair itself, keeping you healthy and moving. Osteopaths can identify and ease these restrictions and areas of tension.
