A variety of small group clinical Pilates classes. Pilates Flow is suitable for all levels, Pilates Barre is a fusion of ballet barre work and Pilates, Prenatal Pilates is for any stage of pregnancy and Mum & Baby Pilates is for the Mummy's to regain control of their pelvic floor and core muscles whilst able to bring baby.
