An appointment with one of our registered Osteopaths will include a detailed assessment, provide you with a diagnosis or hypothesis of what is going on and some treatment to help get you back on your feet.

Physiotherapy

A physiotherapy session will provide a thorough assessment, a diagnosis or hypothesis and a treatment plan to get you feeling better. This plan will include hands-on techniques as well as exercises and advice. All of our physiotherapists are registered with CSP & HCPC.

Pilates

A variety of small group clinical Pilates classes. Pilates Flow is suitable for all levels, Pilates Barre is a fusion of ballet barre work and Pilates, Prenatal Pilates is for any stage of pregnancy and Mum & Baby Pilates is for the Mummy's to regain control of their pelvic floor and core muscles whilst able to bring baby.
