Ada 's online counselling and coaching

Hi, I’m Dr. Ada, an experienced counsellor with over 20 years’ experience in counselling and coaching. I help people figure out their life. I work with adults and youths in managing emotional and psychological challenges. I specialise in handling unhealthy thinking patterns, stress, and anxiety, exploring and developing clients’ inner strengths and resources. I have my degree in social work, a master degree in counselling and a doctoral degree in Education.
In addition to my clinical practice in counselling, I also have experience in conducting coaching sessions for individuals who need direction and guidance in their life planning. I am a certified coach in Job and Career Development, a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) as well as a Certified Career Service Provider (CCSP).
Dr Ada can speak English and Cantonese.
