• Block of 10 sessions, £10 per hour, £100 total • Block of 5 sessions, £15 per hour, £75 total • Single session, £20
1 to 1 PT overview
Our personal training sessions are tailored to individual goals and ability. Training follows key principles including individualisation, specificity, progressive overload, variation, and recovery. Sessions support fat loss, muscle gain, improved conditioning, and overall fitness through structured, personalised coaching.
1 to 1 PT prices
• Block of 10 sessions, £40 per hour, £400 total • Block of 5 sessions, £45 per hour, £225 total • Single session, £50
1 to 1 PT hours
• Mondays to Sundays, 05:00 to 22:00
Booking
All sessions are booked through our website. Payment is available via bank transfer.
