My own nutrition journey began when I was diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease in my 30’s. I found through my own research what diet and lifestyle changes can really do. I got my wellbeing and energy back.
Fast forward to my 50’s and I can empathise with debilitating menopausal symptoms that affect your relationships and career. My own experience and studies highlighted a real the need for a holistic approach to menopause.
My WHOLE approach uses both a root cause analysis and holistic solutions using diet, movement, sleep and stress management. No one size fits all, I personalise your program and utilise targeted testing and supplements.
