About me

I am really passionate about helping people to lose weight and reduce their chronic disease risk. There are lots of ways we can reduce appetite and cravings, making it far easier for you to lose weight and still enjoy the foods you love.

I love experimenting with more objective ways of measuring lifestyle changes so I use glucose monitors, measures of sleep and heart rate variability (Oura ring) and I would love to pass the tips I have learnt on to you too!

I have a Masters degree in Clinical Nutrition and specialise in weight loss and metabolic health.

Blood Testing - Diabetes

We use blood testing to access triglyceride levels (blood fats), uric acid and HbA1c levels in order to analyse type 2 diabetic risk and measure the stages of type 2 diabetes remission.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - General

Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) allows us to identify how your thoughts impact your relationship with food. Our aim is to help translate these thoughts into more positive behaviours which serve your long-term health goals. By implementing tangible steps we can ensure the habits you adopt are sustainable and you never have to diet again.

Healthcare Testing - Metabolic Health

Using continuous glucose monitors we can identify your personal response to food. This will highlight how you use utilise fat and carbohydrates for fuel allowing, us to provide personalised recommendations for weight loss and other health goals.

Nutritionist - Diabetes

Type 2 diabetes remission is often possible with the right support and advice. Specialising in blood sugar management we will help to guide you through the process, explaining exactly what diabetes is and how you can reduce your risk rather than just manage the symptoms. We use a variety of different innovative methods whilst working alongside your doctor to ensure you have the best possible support along the way.

Nutritionist - Metabolic Flexibility

Many common symptoms are often caused by blood sugar imbalances. Tiredness, irritability, excess sweating, weight gain, adult acne and low energy levels can often be a sign of irregular blood sugar fluctuations.

Using a holistic approach focusing on nutritional interventions, sleep physiology, movement and mindset our approach will help you to regulate your blood sugar levels, become metabolically flexible, allowing you to feel like yourself again.

Unlike many health advisors we use science backed, up-to-date research in combination with blood testing, and blood glucose monitoring in order to create a plan tailored to you and your goals.

Nutritionist - Weight Loss
