Whether you’re struggling with the way you feel, such as feeling depressed, anxious, lost, bereaved, or angry, or whether you’re struggling to change things that are causing you to feel like this, such as relationship issues, setting boundaries or communicating yourself, addictions or disordered eating patterns, I am here to help you find relief and get to a place where you can enjoy your life.
I do this by first helping you explore your problems and expressing how this is affecting you so that you begin to feel some relief. From here, we can begin to help you work on the deeper underlying causes of how you feel, so that you can achieve sustainable long-lasting change. This may involve working on how you talk to yourself inside your head, how you suppress you emotions or express yourself in less than helpful ways. It may involve working on what prevents you from setting boundaries, or knowing what you want in the first place. It may involve processing and coming to terms with things that have happened to you in the past. And ultimately it may lead to working on how you feel about yourself.
It is a difficult journey, but I am here to help and guide you.
